According to federal law, W.O.H is required to conduct background checks on any person who conducts a firearm transaction. In addition, Colorado Bureau Investigation reguires a State Background Check. Every background check will be charged $50.00.

W.O.H is a homebased business; according to city statue of Loveland, Colorado we are ONLY authorized to sell firearm transactions via eCommerce.

eCommerce Retail Sales of Firearms requires to have multiple FFL dealers on each side of the sale. When buying online, the purchaser is required to conduct a background check on W.O.H Firearms side and Pick-Up side with another FFL dealer in your local area. Unfortunately, local pick up is not available.
